How We Use Your Information
Matter content submitted through the AI counsel interface is processed to generate legal analysis. Free-tier matter content is not retained after your session ends. Paid-tier matter history is retained and accessible only to the account holder.
We do not sell, rent, or share your matter content with third parties for marketing or any purpose other than providing the Service.
AI Processing
Matter content is transmitted to AI model providers to generate legal analysis. This transmission is necessary to provide the Service. We select AI providers with strong data handling commitments. Content submitted to our API is not used to train AI models.
Data Retention
Free-tier sessions: Matter content is not retained after your session. Paid tiers: Matter history is retained for as long as your account is active, or until you delete it. Contact form submissions are retained for up to two years.
Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. No system is completely secure. Do not submit information that would cause harm if disclosed.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us through the contact page.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies necessary to provide the Service. We do not use advertising cookies.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email.
